Windpeak Corporation respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through SmartRead infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a copyright complaint, please provide:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Response to Complaints

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove the allegedly infringing material
  • Disable access to the content
  • Notify the user who uploaded the material

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts terminated.

5. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.
